At Sum of Us Studio, our physiotherapy team sees movement as central to health and wellbeing. Our goal is not only to help you move without pain, but to improve how your body functions - now and into the future.
Our physiotherapists take a considered, whole-body approach to care. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we assess how your body moves as a system, identifying contributing factors and underlying causes to guide effective, long-term treatment.
All physiotherapy at Sum of Us Studio is delivered by experienced practitioners who are highly trained in comprehensive assessment and evidence-based treatment. We work with a wide range of clients - from those managing everyday aches and injuries to people returning to sport or rebuilding strength after pain or surgery.
Treatment may include hands-on therapy, remedial massage, movement retraining, exercise prescription and education, supported by modern tools such as video movement analysis where appropriate. Every program is tailored to the individual, with progression guided by your goals, lifestyle and response to treatment.

"Last week I had a bad back spasm that left me struggling to move and in a lot of discomfort. I reached out to Chris at Sum of Us in Prahran, where Darcy looked after me, and the care was excellent.
They quickly worked out what was going on and treated it with real professionalism. Thanks to their help, I’m back on my feet and feeling good again.
Highly recommend Chris, Darcy, and the Sum of Us team if you need help getting moving again."

"Had an incredible physio session at Sum of Us — I felt genuinely listened to and cared for. My physiotherapist Emily, took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what my body needed. The space itself is calm, clean, and beautifully designed, which really added to the overall experience. I left feeling informed, supported, and so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for holistic, professional care in a nurturing environment."

Book Your Physiotherapy Appointment
No referral is required to book a physiotherapy appointment at Sum of Us Studio. If you are claiming through Medicare, DVA or certain private health rebates, a referral may be needed - our team can assist if you’re unsure.
In most cases, our physiotherapy services are not fully bulk billed.
If you have an EPC (Enhanced Primary Care) plan from your GP, you can use this with us — however, we charge a small gap fee per session. This means Medicare will rebate a portion of the appointment cost, and you pay the remaining balance on the day.
If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible for an EPC plan, your GP can advise you, and we’re happy to help explain how it works when you book.
Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive assessment of your symptoms, medical history and movement patterns. Your physiotherapist will discuss findings with you and develop a personalised treatment plan, which may include hands-on therapy, exercise and/or education.
Appointment lengths vary depending on your needs. Initial appointments are longer to allow for thorough assessment, while follow-up sessions may range from 20 to 40 minutes. Your physiotherapist will recommend the most appropriate option.
