A physiotherapist or pilates instructor guiding you through a pilates class designed to work on rehabilitation post pregnancy in a challenging yet safe and effective manner. Just the right amount of strengthening, lengthening, cardio and delicious movement for your recovering body.
Best For: Women post pregnancy, 6+ weeks. Bubs are welcomed and encouraged to come along with you in this relaxed and nurturing environment. They are welcomed until they are on the move, and become a hazard to themselves in the pilates studio!
