Tiegan trained as a physiotherapist in England, gaining extensive experience across acute hospital settings during the COVID-19 pandemic. She worked across multiple disciplines before specialising in orthopaedics and older people’s care.
Alongside hospital work, she developed her skills in private practice through sports massage, elderly rehabilitation and injury management. She has a particular interest in balance and coordination, often incorporating these elements into her treatments and classes.
Tiegan also discovered a passion for Pilates, eventually running her own classes for two years before moving to Australia. She is known for her compassionate approach, clear communication and focus on practical, effective outcomes.
