Sum of Us is happy to bring you the opportunity to practice Yoga in a well-balanced nature in Prahran. Our goal is to provide small group classes that integrate the fundamental traditional aspects with a western flair. Each class will vary, spanning from a strong Vinyasa, to a controlled Hatha, to a stilled Yin, or a beautiful combination of these styles. Within each class, we can promise that the arts of breath and body control will be emphasized.

Even if you’re not that flexible or you’ve never taken a class of yoga before, don’t be intimidated. We’re here to guide you. Agility, strength, and flexibility will come with regular yoga practice. The key is to get started. All movements and poses have easier versions.
