Deep Tissue Massage
Releases deep-seated chronic patterns of muscular tension. This form of massage loosens muscle tissues, increases blood and oxygen circulation to areas of stiffness and tension, and promotes greater flexibility and movement.

Trigger Point Therapy
This form of massage therapy alleviates abnormal muscle contractions, by deactivating trigger points (“knots”), and thus allows the muscle to stretch and lengthen more fully. A combination of deep and soft tissue massage is used as well as stretching to relieve tense or tight muscles, thus improving range of motion and preventing pain and injury.
Dry needling is a term used to differentiate the use of needling in Western medicine from the use of needling in Chinese medicine, which is referred to as acupuncture.
Dry needling is the use of a single, fine needle which is placed into the tissue to create a physiological reaction. It often works remarkably well in reducing muscular tension, spasm, tightness and reducing fatigue.
