Sum of Us is happy to bring you the opportunity to practice Yoga in a well-balanced nature. Our goal is to provide small group classes that integrate the fundamental traditional aspects with a western flair. Each class will vary, spanning from a strong Vinyasa, to a controlled Hatha, to a stilled Yin, or a beautiful combination of these styles. Within each class, we can promise that the arts of breath and body control will be emphasized.
All of our teachers are passionate about providing you with a class that embraces the slowing down of thought while moving (or not moving) in a safe manner; but most importantly, learning to let go and having a light-hearted experience.
